Steps To Take

STEP 1: SIGN-UP

Sign Up your organization with our Hockey Pool Fundraiser web site.


STEP 2: CREATE YOUR HOCKEY POOL

Create your custom hockey pool providing the hockey team name and which games you're tracking and the pool parameter numbers using our built-in calculator function.


STEP 3: ADD YOUR TICKET SELLERS

Assign the names of those who will be selling the tickets to each grouping of tickets.


STEP 4: PRINT YOUR TICKETS FOR YOUR TICKET SELLERS

Print and bundle the tickets, then have your sellers proceed to sell tickets (Sell...Sell...Sell).


STEP 5: ADD TICKET PURCHASER'S INFORMATION

Ticket holders should be encouraged to go online and enter their own information. The website and login information is supplied on each ticket. However, as stacks of ticket stubs are returned by the sellers, add the purchaser's contact info to each ticket where the ticket holder chose not to self serve.


STEP 6: ADD GAME RESULTS

As games for the team you're tracking are completed, enter the times of 1st and last goals and penalties.


STEP 7: PAY OUT WINNINGS

Print the winners report, stuff envelops with the cash and distribute, or optionally eTransfer the winnings.


STEP 8: MONITOR THE POOL

As the hockey pool manager, you also have access to all menu choices to view pool information, tickets, plus game results and winners.
